3S has been retained to identify and experienced medical device industry clinical specialist. The Clinical Specialist is responsible for supporting strategic and revenue goals from the assigned customers by improving wound care knowledge and providing clinical training and education on our client's products to the customer’s staff. The Clinical Specialist will work across facilities, with a particular focus on developing and supporting clinical relationships with relevant account contacts. This role will work directly with customers to determine their training needs and establish training solutions to meet these needs.

This position will report to the Chief Medical Officer and will be accountable for designing and building the Medical Affairs department to ensure strategic and operational excellence of the Medical Affairs function. The successful candidate will be responsible for medical strategy, medical information, publications, communications, building the Medical Liaison Team, and medical expert engagement for our client's organization. She/he will partner closely with colleagues in research, clinical development, commercial, corporate portfolio strategy, legal and senior management to develop and execute short and long-term strategies addressing portfolio needs.
